Architecture, decoration and landscape architecture for an integrated design

Architecture.

After over thirty years' experience in Italy and abroad, LGO can boast cutting edge expertise in every sector involved in the execution of holiday-resort structures and facilities: administrative requirements, relations with public authorities, feasibility studies, technical specifications, cost estimates and budget control, projects for installations and supervision of all operations.

A multidisciplinary approach that on account of being all managed by a single firm has all the advantages of perfect coordination and monitoring.

LGO assists the Contractor in every phase of the operations and provides his crucial support over the entire development and execution of the project, combining the more creative aspects related to the holiday-making concept with the more specifically technical ones requirements implied in a complex project.

Decoration.

To LGO the term "decoration" takes on a strictly international meaning: it is what "dresses" the architectural work, and as such it needs to be 'tailor-made', making every single project unique in its kind.

Through decoration, LGO endows resorts and hotel structures with truly special qualities, while executing the work fully in accordance with Client specifications.

The design activity involves both interior designing and the choice of the equipment, the study of colours and the selection of materials, and it may also, where required, include the list of supplies and deliverables.

Landscape architecture.

Thanks to extremely positive opportunities for collaboration with leading European Groups, a crucial aspect of LGO's approach to 'green' is that it is part and parcel of any holiday-resort project, therefore should not be relegated to the sterile placing of a few plants bought at the last minute from the nearest garden centre.

The profile of the landscape, the use of water as essential element, gardens and footpaths all stem from the architectural and decorative idea, combining themselves in a single project within which no individual element prevails over the other.
